-- Aliah Git and Craig Swagler Assume Expanded Roles--

New York, NY - December 5, 2005 - Westwood One (NYSE: WON) and CBS Radio News announced today two key changes in the leadership of CBS Radio News. Both Aliah Git and Craig Swagler assume new titles as Executive Editor and Special Events Director, respectively.

In her expanded role, Aliah Git will oversee all facets of the editorial department. Git began working at CBS Radio News in December 2002 as a writer/editor. Previously, Git has served as the Executive Producer of the Gil Gross Show at KLAC AM, and produced the Bill Handel Show at KFI AM in Los Angeles. While at KFI AM, Git also held the titles of News Editor and Assistant News Director. Git assumes her new role on January 2, 2006.

Effective immediately, Craig Swagler will serve as Special Events Director for CBS Radio News. Since entering the company in 2001, Swagler has held a variety of positions ranging from Desk Assistant, to Production Coordinator to Special Events Producer. Prior to CBS Radio News, Swagler has held positions at Saturday Night Live, ABC Sports and The MSG Channel.
