WESTWOOD ONE ANNOUNCES
COLLEGE FOOTBALL BROADCAST CHANGES
--Tennessee @ LSU Game Rescheduled for Monday, September 26th Due to Hurricane Rita --

New York, NY - September 23, 2005 - Due to scheduling conflict, Westwood One (NYSE: WON) will not broadcast the Tennessee @ LSU game, rescheduled for Monday, September 26th. Westwood One will replace the game with another major college football match-up at a date yet to be determined.

Westwood One will broadcast 36 regular season College Football games, and eight post-season games, including seven Bowl Games. Westwood One will also broadcast the entire 2005 Notre Dame Football schedule.
